During our sensory cupping workshop, you will learn how origins create different notes throughout the coffee and how we, as a roastery, cup all of our coffees to bring you the flavours you see on the final products.

All of our workshops take place at our roastery (L3 7DX) and usually last about 2-3 hours. Please note the workshops are on the first floor which is only accessible via stairs. Please bear this in mind when booking your workshop place.
This workshop is the most engaging and often fun course. We play a series of games and challenges to awaken your senses whilst learning about coffee aromas and food tastes. During this workshop, you will learn how to 'cup' coffee correctly and taste the difference between varieties of coffee, processes, roasts and brewing methods. The entire workshop is subjective to your own tastes but you are guided through the process from beginning to end. This workshop is perfect for anyone with no coffee experience needed.
All of our workshops are the most thorough coffee courses offered in the North West. We are the only roastery in Liverpool to be offering public workshops in a purpose-built training room with enough equipment for every customer to get involved. We offer workshops at the weekend to suit the majority of home consumers' lifestyles and also offer workshop gift cards online. All the workshops include a roastery tour to understand the process of coffee roasting and who Crosby is.
