Join us every other Sunday at 8:30am outside Crosby Coffee on Lark Lane for a relaxed 5km run around Sefton Park.
Afterwards, enjoy a free coffee, great conversation, and a warm, welcoming community. Whether it's your first 5km or you're a regular runner, everyone is welcome.
