Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • UK Tracked Next Day: 1 business days if ordered before 12pm (Monday-Friday)

  • Collection Orders: Orders collected from the Roastery will be ready within 24 hours.

    For collections from any of our other locations, we deliver from the roastery to our shops every Friday. Your order will therefore be available for collection from your chosen location on the nearest Friday (up to 7 days).

  • International Shipping: Available upon request

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at retail@crosbycoffee.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help. 

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
