We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
UK Tracked Next Day: 1 business days if ordered before 12pm (Monday-Friday)
For collections from any of our other locations, we deliver from the roastery to our shops every Friday. Your order will therefore be available for collection from your chosen location on the nearest Friday (up to 7 days).
International Shipping: Available upon request
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
