Accessibility at Crosby Coffee
At Crosby Coffee, we believe great coffee should be for everyone, no exceptions. Whether you’re visiting our shops or popping into the roastery, we do everything we can to make your experience comfortable, easy, and enjoyable.
Our management team is fully trained to support accessibility needs, so if you ever need a hand, a tweak, or a bit of extra time, you’re in good hands.
In our coffee shops, you can expect:
Wheelchair accessible: Step-free access for wheelchairs and buggies.
Big, bold menus: Large-print versions available whenever you need them.
Friendly voices: Our team is always happy to read out the menu.
Pen & paper ready: Prefer to jot your order down? We’re good with that.
Paws welcome: Service dogs get VIP treatment!
Chill time: at our Waterloo and Lark Lane stores we have downstairs areas that are less busy and quieter.
At our roastery:
A heads-up: It’s in a charming old Cotton Mill but that means accessibility to our training room is limited and involves a flight of stairs. If you'd like to join one of our training sessions and that’s a problem, we can host sessions in our new shop instead, you'll just need to email us to book in.
Low-sensory workshops: Just let us know before you book in as we can offer smaller groups to accommodate your needs.
No note-taking needed: We can give you written summaries of the workshop.
Words on screen: Any training videos are captioned for you.
If there’s anything else that would make your visit better, just let us know, we’re here to help you enjoy your coffee your way.
