    This lot is a selected blend of micro-lots from smallholder farms (avg. 2.5 hectares) in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras.
     
    Grown on the slopes of Santa Bárbara Mountain, the farms benefit from a unique microclimate that produces a consistent and expressive cup year after year.

    After handpicking at peak ripeness, cherries are de-pulped, dry fermented for around 20 hours, washed, and dried for 10–14 days on patios or solar dryers.
     
    A clean, vibrant Honduran coffee from a region known for resilience, biodiversity, and exceptional specialty lots.
