Simply whisk 30g of our 55% chocolate pellets into 8oz of hot whole milk for the richest Belgian hot chocolate at home.
For the best results, just cover pellets with boiling water and stir, melting them in to a paste. Heat, and foam (ideally with a home espresso machine) the milk and then add to the chocolate paste.
