Iron Men , affectionately named after the famous statues on Crosby beach, has been a staple at Crosby for years and continues to be our best selling blend. Refreshed in 2025 with coffee from Junin in Peru and Minas Gerais from Brazil. Our signature blend has dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts at the forefront; this coffee is as smooth as it is bold and is perfect for your everyday espresso needs.
Next up, Ten Streets - a nod to the historic area of Liverpool where our roastery and headquarters is based. This unique blend consists of coffees grown on the slopes of Mount Sunzu in Zambia with coffee from the Rwenzori mountain range in Uganda. It features bright acidity and sweet tasting notes of lime fruit pastilles, almonds and bergamot.
Finally, we’re excited to introduce Cormorant, a brand-new blend set to officially launch in 2026, Cormorant is a species often found in Liverpool and was the inspiration for the City's famous Liver bird symbol. This coffee is a stunning blend of Kenyan coffee from the Murang'a region and Tanzanian coffee from the Songwe region. Expect super sweet plum cherry notes that sweeten further to treacle and plum jam when paired with milk.
