At Crosby Coffee, we like to keep things simple, transparent, and fair when it comes to shipping. Whether you’re ordering your first bag or stocking up for the month, here’s how our postage rates work.

Subscription Shipping – FREE!

If you’re part of our coffee subscription service, good news — delivery is completely free. This applies to all subscription orders weighing up to 0.002kg (our letterbox-friendly packs).

Standard Delivery – £4.00

For smaller orders weighing between 0.003kg and 1.99kg, we offer a tracked standard delivery service at just £4.00. Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days.

Heavy Standard Delivery – £7.00

If your order weighs between 2kg and 20kg, postage is £7.00. This service is tracked and ideal for larger coffee orders or bundles.

Tracked Next Day Delivery (Mon–Fri)

Need your coffee in a hurry? We offer a Next Working Day service when you order before 11am.

• Orders up to 1.99kg – £7.00
• Orders between 2kg and 20kg – £10.00

Please note: this service excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Heavy Goods Shipping

For our biggest deliveries, we use a trusted courier network:

• 20.01kg – 30kg: £10.00
• 30.01kg – 50kg: £40.00

These orders are sent securely via courier and may take 1–3 working days to arrive.

Dispatch Times

We roast fresh to order, and most parcels are dispatched the same working day if placed before 11am (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 11am or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@crosbycoffee.co.uk with your order number. We’ll track it down and get it sorted quickly.
