This coffee is from the Risaralda department in Western Colombia. The Risaralda region is very mountainous which means there is a huge difference in elevation in such a small area which makes the region great for growing coffee.
In the cup, you'll find a very clean mouth feel with a smooth, sweet milk chocolate aroma and taste with some light, fruity pomelo notes. The profile of Risaralda is great for both espresso and filter methods, particularly batch brew. It’s an all rounder!
