WHAT IS A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION?
Our coffee subscriptions are the most affordable and convenient way to receive your coffee deliveries. You choose the size, frequency and grind that suits your at home barista set up and we'll take care of the rest, plus free delivery always!
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No, you can browse our retail coffee here
and select a one time purchase of any of our coffees. However, when you sign up to a subscription you'll receive a discounted rate on your coffee as well as free delivery!
Will I get a different coffee every time?
When you sign up you'll join our Roasters Choice subscription which puts you on a rolling rotation of our single origin and limited edition coffee's, each one runs for 2 weeks before we move onto the next.
What if I only want to get one type of coffee in each delivery?
No problem; we understand that people have their favourites so we've included a subscription option on all our blend and single origin coffees, simply pick the one you want and tick subscribe and save, this will skip our standard checkout and take you to a subscription checkout for this single coffee.
Do I have to pay shipping?
No! We give you totally free shipping on all subscriptions.
How long does delivery take?
All our subscriptions are shipped with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service, they're processed on a Thursday and packed and shipped on a Friday, typically they arrive early the following week.
Will it fit through my letterbox?
All 250g and 500g subscriptions are sent in letterbox friendly packages, any kilo subscriptions come in a small parcel.
How do I amend or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account here
and select manage subscriptions, here you can edit your subscription size, frequency, grind and even switch the coffee you receive. You can update payment details, skip if you're going on holiday or take a short pause if you need a break. After you've received 3 deliveries or more you'll have the option to cancel here too.
Am I tied into a contract?
When signing up we ask you to agree to receive a minimum of just 3 deliveries, after this you can cancel anytime that you like.
As a small business we have this in place to enable us to offer free delivery and special offers, plus a loyalty reward scheme coming soon!
How do I update my payment method?
All your details including payment method and address can be updated within your online account
I can't log in, please help?
