- The Foundations of Espresso – Understanding coffee dose, yield, time,
and how they affect flavour.
- Grind Size & Tamping – Master grind adjustments and tamping
techniques to achieve even extraction and consistent shots.
- Dialing in Espresso – Learn to identify over-extracted, under-extracted,
and perfectly balanced espresso—and how to adjust variables for the
best results.
- Milk Texturing & Temperature – Achieve silky microfoam for different
drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white) and learn how temperature affects
sweetness and texture.
- Espresso & Milk Pairing – Understand the ideal espresso-to-milk ratios
for different drinks and how to maintain balance in flavour and texture.

Our workshops take place at our roastery (L3 7DX) and usually last about 2-3 hours.
