Umurage is from Rwamatamu located in Western Nyamashake, Rwanda. Grown by farm owner and founder Rutaganda Gaston, Gaston started Rwamatamu in 2015 with his wife Letiticia. Their family are now looking to hand over all responsibilities over to their daughter Marie Bernice as they retire. Bernice has been involved from a young age, helping out with filing and communications.
In Umurage, the family have produced a deliciously quaffable, all day drinking coffee with a delicate body, gentle sweetness and very clean flavour profile. You won't be able to have just one cup!
