A Lel Chaung comes directly from the farmers group, Shwe Taung Thu, which translates to Golden Farmer. Named after the village in which it is grown, A Lel Chaung is a natural processed Red Catuai varietal with notes of summer fruits, raisins and fudge. The community use 10% of profits for community improvements like education and the village health care system.
