This Santa Rosa coffee comes from the western mountainous region of Copan. Grown only between 1500m-2000m the cherries develop a smooth sweetness and the beans become less acidic than other Central American coffees. Superb climate and soil give the coffee a great depth of body, stunning aroma and a sweet juicy mouth feel.
