Ethiopia - Decaf

Named after the Sidamo province of Southern Ethiopia, this coffee is fully washed and is decaffeinated using the swiss water process. The process sees green beans being washed and soaked in hot water to release 99.9% of the caffeine in the beans. Citrus aroma with a bright but delicate finish, notes of honey and chocolate hints.

The Swiss Water Process is the innovative craft of using pure water to gently remove caffeine. A 100% chemical free process decaffeinates coffee in small batches. This means caffeine can be removed from very select amounts of Specialty Coffee. Coffee that is grown and harvested with the utmost care. Coffee that once decaffeinated, will still taste every bit as delicious as it did before the caffeine was removed.
