Trio was named as such as it was our first house blend and is made combining three different origins that compliment each other perfectly. The light and fruity notes work together to create a wonderful cup of coffee that is best enjoyed black but pairs well with milk.
With Brazil as a baseline to this blend you get the nutty, chocolatey taste which is perfect for building upon with more acidity with the fruitier notes from Colombia and Uganda.
